Hotel Kojan - Osaka

Spent Christmas here and it was awesome! The location is super convenient-just a short walk to the metro and all those underground shops. I loved having cold drinking water available in the lobby, plus the staff were friendly and always ready to help. It's nice being on a quiet street, too, so we could rest after all the holiday festivities!

The room was a bit dated and the toilet was a little cramped, making it tricky with our luggage. There was also some dust on the desk, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience.

Room was extremely spacious. Every member of the staff was very very nice and polite. The position was great and good, near a subway station. There were convenience stores and shops around the hotel.

The room was decent size, with a private bathroom. The staff was helpful and catered to my every need. The airport was 20 km away.

I had a fantastic experience over Christmas! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the subway and really close to popular spots like Dotonbori. My room was cozy and tidy, and I loved the heated toilet seat-such a nice touch! Plus, having coffee and tea available in the lobby was a sweet perk.

The housekeeping could’ve been better. They didn’t make the bed or replace the coffee cups daily, which was a bummer. though, I had a great stay and would consider coming back!

Came here for 2 days, the hotel was nice, it had favourable location right by the train station, convenience stores and restaurants and a subway stop which made travelling there easy. The staff were very friendly yet not intrusive.

Hotel Kojan exceeded my expectations on a recent trip. The location is superb, just a quick walk to Shinsaibashi station and the vibrant Dotonbori area. I loved the spacious room, especially with three large twin beds that felt more like a double. Breakfast was a standout with delicious traditional Korean and Japanese options. I also appreciated the water cooler in the lobby for those late-night hydration needs. I did notice some cleanliness issues. There was dust on the furniture, and a bed had damp covers when I checked in, off-putting. The noise from adjacent rooms made sleep a bit challenging on the first night. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff was great, going above and beyond to assist with luggage and taxi arrangements when needed.

Location is superb, being just a short walk to Dotonbori. Unfortunately, the housekeeping missed some cleaning tasks .

Request a higher floor for better views and potential noise reduction from street activity.

During our two-week adventure in Japan, we enjoyed a good stay at this hotel. The breakfast was really good, offering a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart our busy days. The staff provided excellent service, accommodating our early arrival with a ready room. Our spacious family room comfortably fit three adults and one teenager, and the location was perfect, with convenience stores and attractions just a short walk away.

The location is fantastic, just steps away from numerous eateries. Staff were courteous, and the comfortable beds with high-tech amenities, including a seat warmer, were a definite highlight. While the hotel's age is noticeable, the cleanliness compensated for it well. A detailed housekeeping routine is essential, as small missed tasks were evident. The overall condition could warrant some updates .
